What I learned this weekend: Don't try the "Suffer on Saturday in City Park" Crossfit class and then spend the afternoon moving and leveling 800 pounds of landscape rock.

Or if you do, don't plan on moving very fast on Sunday.

I feel for you. I find it worse on the 2nd day after - how are you moving today (mon)?

Oh, I'm still quite sore! I just need to move s-l-o-w-l-y and I'm fine! Should be all set by tomorrow.

The gym you go to looks really interesting - building functional strength rather than "check out my pecs" lifting. I got a little concerned looking at how flexed their knees get on the 2nd half of the clean-and-jerk, but I'm not informed enough to critique their technique. Hope you're enjoying it!
